- Senior-level Civil Engineer or Architect with 10+ years of experience and project management skills desired, license required. The successful candidate will desire to manage a staff of professionals and be compelled to work toward becoming a member of UPEA’s board of directors, expand the company’s Sault Ste. Marie staff, increase the company’s market presence, work smart, create work for others in the company, and have a strong drive to be compensated well based on results.
